海外予約サイトご利用に関してのご案内

平素よりホテルナガノアベニューをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
海外予約サイトをご利用いただきました際の、ご注意いただきたい点に関しましてご案内いたします。


海外予約サイト(Agoda/Booking/Expedia等)でご予約いただきますお部屋は、前述の海外予約サイトが契約を行っているその他提携予約サイトの空室枠を利用して販売を行っている場合がございます。
その際、以下のような状況が発生することが考えられます。

・海外予約サイトから当ホテルへの予約通知が行われず、お客様の予約を確認できない。
・海外予約サイトからお客様へ送付される予約完了メールと、当ホテルへ通知される予約情報で、部屋情報や予約番号が異なる場合がある。
・当ホテルで設定を行っている料金とは大幅に異なる値段が設定されている。


以上のことから、状況によって当ホテルで海外予約サイトを利用しての予約の確認、修正ができない場合がございます。
ご到着時にご予約の確認ができない場合、ご宿泊の確認に時間を要する、または宿泊をお断りさせていただくことがございますことをご承知おきくださいませ。

また、上記海外予約サイトをご利用いただきました際、当ホテルへ直接ご連絡いただきましても、ご予約の変更、確認、キャンセルを承ることができない場合がございます。

We would like to share some important information regarding reservations made through online booking platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, and Agoda.
Rooms reserved through platforms such as Agoda, Booking.com, or Expedia may sometimes be sold using the availability provided by other partnered domestic booking sites contracted by these platforms  In such cases, the following situations may arise.

Reservation notifications from the aforementioned booking platforms may not reach us, preventing us from confirming your booking
There may be differences in the room details or reservation numbers between the confirmation email sent by the booking platform and the information we receive at the hotel
Prices set by the booking platforms may significantly differ from the rates established by our hotel

Under certain conditions, we may face difficulties in confirming or modifying reservations made via Expedia,Booking.com and Agoda
Please note that if we are unable to confirm your reservation upon arrival, it may take extra time to process your stay or, in some cases, result in us being unable to accommodate you.
Additionally, if you make a reservation through the aforementioned booking site, please note that we may not be able to process changes, confirmations, or cancellations directly at the hotel.
